The genral idea is that the will be groups of riders who will race around the park 3 times its about 6.5 miles. The winner of each group will go into the final race of one lap of the park! Entry will be £3.00 which will be split 1st,2nd and 3rd in the final race, Fixed gear only!
I like riding at speed though the traffic as much as anyone but you just can’t beat quiet winding country lanes.

Bank holiday solo 54 mile round trip
Found a good route out the back of Cronton then north through Rainhill, Eccleston, Rainford and Skem. Great country lanes and hardly any traffic, apart from on the 9 roundabouts on the way through Skem!
6pm Pier head not sure of the route yet but someone has suggested going to the Ferry pub by fiddlers ferry

It doesnt matter which way we go round the loop but its best to have the wind behind you down the prom/speke.
Anyone fancy coming out on a weekly ride seeing as thursdays dont really happen anymore .
Meet at the Pier Head at 6 leave about half 6
Start and finish in town, in time for the last train or more likely last orders for a beer or two.
